20.11.2026 - Zumtobel Group Beograd - BIM Manager, Lighting Designer Zumtobel Group Beograd BIM Manager Responsibilities Drive the integration of BIM and Revit into design workflows, including tools such as ElumTools and Dynamo. Develop and maintain Revit families and a central library covering the company’s entire product portfolio. Establish and implement BIM standards, ensuring consistent workflows, family creation and model data quality at key project handover points. Support project teams with modelling and detailing, as well as 2D CAD issues, drawing output, layering and file organisation. Collaborate with HQ through BIM coordination meetings and report on implementation progress and future needs. Coordinate software and hardware upgrades with IT to support BIM requirements. Provide internal training and onboarding for new colleagues on BIM tools, while continuously developing your own Revit expertise. Monitor BIM industry developments, identify business opportunities and recommend relevant software and workflow improvements. You have a stable track record with experience working in BIM environment with Revit software Education as electrical engineer / architect and ideally with a specialization in lighting You have the ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment You encounter challenges with a positive attitude and have an interest in technology You have a curious mind with a desire for continuous improvement and development You have full professional proficiency in local language with very good English skills  Lighting Designer Responsibilities Act as the main contact for all lighting design topics in line with defined business processes. Plan and deliver lighting design projects on schedule and in compliance with company guidelines and market requirements. Independently plan standard-compliant lighting systems based on clarified requirements from sales, customers, or intermediaries. Creating designs and preparing the project for the next stage by producing quantity schedules, technical calculations, CAD drawings, information packs and client presentations. Prepare lighting calculations, visualizations, and energy calculations using Dialux or Relux. Collaborate closely with Sales and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Understanding the big picture of a project and providing support in achieving sales targets. Skills & Experience We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements. Your motivation and potential matter more than perfection. Education in Architecture, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Mandatory experience with AutoCAD. Experience with Dialux or Relux would be considered as an advantage. Strong understanding of lighting products, lighting design standards, and applications would be considered as an advantage. High level of technical awareness and problem-solving ability. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Very good English skills and fluency in local language. Any other language would be considered as an advantage. |
