Technical Manager for Wind Farm Project

Responsibilities
Oversee overall technical management and act as the single point of accountability for BOP O&M and asset management.
Coordinate with the Employer, TSO, WTG O&M Contractor and EPC Contractor.
Monitor project performance, analyze fault and performance trends, and optimize generation, availability and revenue.
Prepare operational plans, budgets and performance reports.
Manage permits, regulatory compliance, warranty claims and insurance claims.
Oversee environmental and social management, cybersecurity and physical security services.

Job Requirements
Familiar with wind farm and substation O&M management.
Experience in managing O&M contracts, warranty and insurance claims, and coordinating with the Employer, TSO and contractors.
Fluent English and good communication skills.
Location: Belgrade and Pančevo, Serbia.

Qualifications
Passed SITS certification exam for technical management jobs.
Degree in electrical/energy engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in wind farm or substation management.
