15.10.2021 - ID Energy Group Belgrade - SOLAR PV PROJECT DEVELOPMENT - PERMITTING SPECIALIST ID Energy Group Belgrade, Serbia SOLAR PV PROJECT DEVELOPMENT - PERMITTING SPECIALIST TASKS: · Review of designs to obtain the necessary permits as well as engineering projects prior to start permitting process in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia. · Manage all the administrative and technical aspects of the permitting process of the projects until Ready to Build (RTB) stage. · Determine the technical feasibility of the projects identifying potential incidents and taking the correspondent corrective measures when needed. · Develop, maintain and manage the communication with the competent authorities and public institutions involved in the development process, ensuring the correct issuance of all the necessary permits, licenses and authorizations. · Liaise with the transmission and distribution system operators. · Develop and maintain project permitting registry for projects under development/implementation. · Monitor progress of the permitting process for projects under development/implementation. . PROJECT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS: · Experience and understanding of the energy projects permitting process and requirements for solar PV projects (guarantees, land acquisition process, studies, grid operator requirements and legislation). · Degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering. · Experience performing the above referred tasks in the Renewable Energy Sector. · Exceptional to-the-point communication skills. · Very responsive ensures on-time delivery. · Native in Serbian. English or Spanish are highly valued.
