Pančevo We are searching for new colleagues in our E-mobility Technology center in Pačevo. Join us and take the chance to shape the future! Technical Project Lead e-Motor Your Tasks as Technical Project Lead e-Motor: • Technical responsibility for the product electric motor in the scope of the project • Acting as a technical point of contact of the project concerning the following topics: technical alignment, customer consultation, requirements specification evaluation • Leading the technical team (mechanical engineering, testing, software, system design) and planning and tracking of the related activities (e.g. timing schedule, function implementation plan…) • Support product industrialization • Drive technical evaluation of changes and issues as part of problem resolution management Your Profile as Technical Project Lead e-Motor: • Successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or mechatronics • Relevant work experience in engineering area, ideally in electric motor/drive technology • Knowledge of methods for structured problem solving necessary; knowledge of Automotive development processes preferable • Assertiveness, high resilience, team-oriented work mentality, determination, social and leadership expertise, enthusiasm for responsible and independent action • Fluent English language skills  Research and Development: Electrical Engineer Job scope: • Development: project engineering and planning of test technology for new electrical traction drives generation • Product testing: Develop and perform Environmental Tests, System Tests, Active Endurance Tests (climate, mechanical, electrical stress, functional tests and performance verification) • Establishing test process: design of test setups, automation of test benches (software and measurement technology), running test process and gathering results, verifying product characteristics based on simulations and testing (product validation). • Establishing test equipment: assembling of test setups, installations on test benches, mechanical and electrical safety, technical support for sourcing of new test benches • Software design and test: embedded system Your profile: • University degree in a field of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Automation • Minimum 2 years of experience in a field of Electrical Engineering, automotive experience is advantage • Good knowledge of MS Office • Fluency in English • Proactive, driven by technology, interested in innovations Research and Development: Electrical Engineer Junior Learning opportunities and job tasks: • Development: project engineering and planning of test technology for new electrical traction drives generation • Product testing: Develop and perform Environmental Tests, System Tests, Active Endurance Tests (climate, mechanical, electrical stress, functional tests and performance verification) • Establishing test process: design of test setups, automation of test benches (software and measurement technology), running test process and gathering results, verifying product characteristics based on simulations and testing (product validation). • Establishing test equipment: assembling of test setups, installations on test benches, mechanical and electrical safety, technical support for sourcing of new test benches • Software design and test: embedded system Your profile: • University degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Automation • Previous experience or internships are advantage • Fluency in English • Proactive, driven by technology, interested in innovations Test Engineer Your Tasks as Test Engineer: • Responsible for timely, costly and quality execution of test cases on Electric Drive Systems and Components • Development and design of testing solutions from general customer requirements and specifications • Participate as technical expert in planning, analysis, test design and development, test execution and debugging activities • Coordination and commissioning of third-party testing services • Provide detailed status reporting, metrics and execution dashboard Your Profile as Test Engineer: • University Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related technical discipline • Good technical knowledge of electric drives and electric machines • Several years of professional experience in a similar position are preferable • Experience in Automotive industries are preferable • Fluent English language skills |
