Promote ABB portfolio offering to customer, provide suitable solutions to ensure a positive customer experience throughout sales process and participation in negotiations. Pursue new sales opportunities, follow-up on potential sales leads. Offers technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers with regard to ABB products/systems/ applications. Preparation of inquiries for factories based on customer inquiries and public tender specifications. Technical support for local system business unit during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations. Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries. Commercial and technical offers preparation Preparation of purchase orders and complex project realization related to dedicated portfolio. Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues. Prepares and checks technical articles for publication. Qualifications For The Role Preferred degree: Bachelor`s degree in electrical engineering Desirable work experience on similar position Excellent knowledge of Serbian language – highly proficient in both spoken and written Serbian Good knowledge of MS Office Good knowledge of English language Driver`s license B Good knowledge of SFDC and SAP would be considered as advantage. Team spirit Good communication skills Strong sense of responsibility  |
