Novi Sad, Smederevo Engineer in Maintenance (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) On behalf of our client, an international manufacturing company and market leader equipped with state-of-the-art technology and dedicated to continuous development, improvement of its capacities, and facilities, Manpower Serbia is seeking a motivated candidate to take on the challenge and successfully fulfill the role of Engineer in Maintenance (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the operation of machines, equipment, and facilities with infrastructure Planning and monitoring the execution of preventive maintenance as well as general overhauls within the work unit Defining needs and ordering spare parts for new and existing equipment and machines, as well as the necessary tools for maintenance tasks Daily monitoring of operations and active participation in troubleshooting machine, equipment, and infrastructure breakdowns Developing maintenance instructions, training, and onboarding new employees in technical processes REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CANDIDATE PROFILE: Minimum level VI education degree, with a focus on electrical or mechanical engineering At least 3 years of work experience in machine maintenance within production facilities Valid category B driver`s license Proficiency in English (B2 level) Computer literacy (MS Office package) Candidates with experience in AutoCAD will have an advantage  |
