Experience: Possess over 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance management of substations or new energy facilities. 2. Technical Skills: Familiar with the operation and maintenance of wind turbines or substation equipment; strong planning, organization, and contractor management coordination skills. Capable of independently organizing, coordinating, and managing wind power production and operation projects, as well as solving complex problems. 3. Qualifications: Hold a Serbian technical management certification exam certificate (energy sector); familiarity with local Serbian electricity regulations is preferred. 4. Preference: Experience in new energy project development, permitting and approval, construction management, and government relations is preferred. 5. Language Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English and Serbian; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage. 6. Teamwork: Strong team collaboration skills.. Description of Duties 1. Wind Farm Operation and Maintenance Management: Fully responsible for the operation, equipment maintenance, and overhaul management of the wind farm. Develop operation and maintenance plans, organize performance optimization of equipment, and ensure efficient and stable power generation. 2. New Energy Project Construction Management: Coordinate and manage wind farm construction to ensure project progress as planned. Organize the resolution of technical issues and supervise the implementation of safety and environmental protection measures. 3. Assist in New Energy Project Development: Assist in site selection, permitting, and government relations coordination for new energy projects. 4.
