Beograd Junior Electrical Project Engineer Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support during the design and permitting phases, particularly in electrical engineering aspects. Collaborate with global and local engineering firms to ensure compliance with technical and project requirements. Assist in tracking and coordinating electrical engineering deliverables, milestones, and timelines. Support communication between the Project Development Manager, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders regarding permitting and technical issues. Attend meetings with regulatory bodies and stakeholders, providing basic technical input and translation (Serbian ↔ English) for effective communication with HEC teams. Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and facilitate coordination among electrical teams Requirements: Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Electrical or Control Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in renewable energy, especially Solar PV or energy storage. Understanding of permitting and regulatory procedures in Serbia or comparable markets. Proficiency in CAD and other relevant electrical design tools. Strong multitasking and organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Willingness to travel to project sites and attend meetings as necessary. Fluency in Serbian and proficiency in English (written and verbal). The Opportunity Skill Growth: Build hands-on experience in large-scale renewable energy project execution. Global Collaboration: Work alongside international design firms. Regulatory Experience: Develop in-depth knowledge of Serbian permitting procedures and renewable energy regulations.  |
