23.05.2025 - ABB Beograd - Field Service Engineer ABB Beograd Field Service Engineer This role is contributing to the Motion business in Belgrade. You will be mainly accountable for: Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points. Being the technical and sales support on Motion products for local business unit. Preparing purchase orders and complex project realization related to dedicated portfolio. Preparing inquiries for factories based on customer inquiries and public tender specifications. Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products. Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities. Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations and offer solutions to avoid such issues in the future (both in office and on-site). You will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role You hold a Technical Electrical Diploma, major studies would be considered a plus. You possess good manual skilss and proficiency in utilizing various tools and equipments. Experience in similar roles would be considered a plus. You are captivated by proactive skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills. You are at ease communicating in Serbian and English. You hold current driving license valid in Serbia to be able to travel to domestic and/or international sites. You are available to travel mainly to Serbia and in Finland to get training in our factory located in Helsinki. What`s in it for you?
