Requirements: -Bachelor/Master Electrical Power Engineer -License for resonsible contractor and/or designer 450/350 -Minimum 5 years of work experience in construction and project management -Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD -Knowledge of the English language -Category B driver`s license  Power Construction Corporation of China Ogranak Beograd Cost Engineer on Electrical works Responsibilities · Analyze tender documents, project requirements, and specifications. · Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and overheads. · Develop project schedules and assess resource needs. · Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy. · Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for bid submissions. · Ensure that bids meet all technical and financial requirements outlined by clients. · Work closely with design and project teams to understand the scope and key deliverables. · Coordinate with procurement teams to get updated material and service rates. · Recommend contingency measures to mitigate bidding risks. · Provide justification for pricing and cost structures when required. · Follow up with clients regarding bid status and feedback. · CMaintain detailed records of all bids and cost estimates. · Prepare periodic reports for management on bidding activities and success rates. · Keep abreast of advancements in construction technologies and materials to enhance bidding accuracy. · Recommend process improvements to streamline cost estimation and bidding workflows Professional requirements · Bachelor/Master`s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. · 3+ years of experience in cost estimation, Cost Control, bidding, or quantity surveying and electrical works and design, in the construction industry, especilly wind or solar field. · Proven experience in preparing and submitting competitive bids for various types of construction projects. · Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents. · Knowledge of market trends, material costs, and labor rates. · Ability to analyze project requirements and identify cost-effective solutions. · Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate cost modeling. · Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams. · Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously. · Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations. · Understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of contracts. · Good command of spoken and written English & Serbian. · Driving license If you want to become part of our team and you meet the requirements from the announcement, please send your CV electronic |
