Project Leader – Electric Drives We are looking for a new colleague in the Project Management department for Electric drives at our location in Pančevo. Req Id: 43179BR Your tasks as Project Leader – Electric Drives: Analyzing customer requirements and carrying responsibility of the system components of an electric axle drive or E-Machine Overseeing, planning and leading the subproject regarding appointments, requirements, quality as well as costs and pursuing milestones including measures Leading the project team (development, purchase, logistic, quality, production, controlling) within a matrix structure Responsible interface to the overall project leader electric axle drive Coordinating the product development process – from the idea to the industrialization and product support after start of production. Your profile as Project Leader – Electric Drives: Successfully completed degree in engineering, economics or similar degree Several years work experience in the automotive or supplier industry mandatory, project leadership and leading experience required Qualification IPMA Level D and experience with project management tools (e.g. RPlan, MS-Project, SAP) Assertiveness, high resilience, team-oriented work mentality, determination, social and leadership expertise, enthusiasm for responsible and independent action Fluent English skills necessary with, German language skills will be considered as an advantage Become a part of our ZF-Team and apply here please, with complete and informative application documents (a tabled CV, a cover letter and certificates) including your salary requirement, as well as your earliest possible starting date.
