Beograd Electrical Engineer ABOUT THE ROLE: Main duties to be performed: Design Management, Cost Management, Site supervision & Quality control, Construction Management, Project and Cost Management, Contract administration, Technical Advisory and Technical Due Diligence on projects of various types & scale (residential, office, commercial, industrial, hospitality, etc.) Construction Inspection/supervision: the process of ensuring targets (cost, time and quality) which have been set at the planning stage. Inspection is one of the means of ensuring compliance with design and specifications. The primary objective of inspection is to ensure safety of lives and durability of building systems. Contract administration refers to the task or function of ensuring that a construction contract (the contract between the client and the contractor) is carried out in accordance with the terms of the construction contract.
