Country: Qatar, 1 candidate, Inspector Electrical / Instrumentation Engineer

Job description:
Inspection supervision service work on site in accordance with the Contract
Keeping records and other technical documentation on site
Evaluation of technical assessment proposal and its justification, implementation of technology, solving possible technical problems on the Contractor’s issues arising during the performance of works

Your profile:
Graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automation Department, Department for Signals and Systems – Instrumentation and Control field, Department of Electric Power Systems, Telecommunications Department.
Minimum Eight (8) years demonstrable experience, at least 3 years experiences in supervision of Electrical/Instrumentation works.
Must have experience in testing and commissioning broad range of Electrical and Instrumentation works, fiber optic communication cables, electrical cables, RTUs and instruments related to public infrastructure projects.
Proficient in the implementation of various Field Instruments.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD.

Job description:
Organizing and managing supervision electrical / instrumentation service work on site in accordance with the Contract
Keeping records and other technical documentation on site
Evaluation of technical assessment proposal and its justification, implementation of technology, solving possible technical problems on the Contractor`s issues arising during the performance of works
Evaluation of the Contractor`s Instructions and Variation Orders
Evaluation of the Contractor`s additional Claims in accordance with the Contract and scope of work
Preparing invoices towards the Employer as per the work schedule

Your profile:
Graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automation Department, Department for Signals and Systems – Instrumentation and Control field, Department of Electric Power Systems, Telecommunications Department.
Minimum 15 years demonstrable experience, at least 10 years experiences in supervision of design & review, construction supervision of Electrical / Instrumentation works.
Must have experience in testing and commissioning broad range of Electrical and Instrumentation works, fiber optic communication cables, RTUs and instruments related to public infrastructure projects.
Coordination with LV/HV cables, prepare plan, specifications, and cost estimate, analyze, interpret the application of design criteria and check plans and specifications for accuracy of design and completeness and construction supervision.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD.
