03.07.2020 - Bizlink Prokuplje - Plant Manager Assistant BizLink is looking for a Plant manager assistant for our production facility in Prokuplje. We manufacture cables, wiring harnesses, power cords, connectors and related interconnect devices. Job Summary: Managing daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranging meetings, taking minutes Prepares and distributes correspondence, memos and forms Supports and facilitates the completion of regular reports and prepares reports in line with the request Manages maintaining of the set level of office supplies and arranges its ordering and distribution to the requestors Makes travel arrangements, organizes business trips and related administration Makes bookings of accommodation for visitors Coordinating the obtaining of all legally required activities related to foreigners (ex. registration of foreigners, visa…) Manages and is responsible for running archive activities of the company Act as a host for visitors Managing car fleet - registration, service, repairs When needed, provides assistance in processing invoices Takes participation in various internal projects Education & Experience Requirements: University/college degree is an asset Previous experience in similar jobs in industrial environment is preferred Intermediate level of English language MS Office Package - intermediate user Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills Organisation and time management skills Attention to detail Flexibility The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it Why Join BizLink: We operate in a way where each individual counts and where you have a chance to personally make a mark on the positive development of the company.
