Niš Electrical Maintenance Engineer-Facility Maintenance Your job Upgrade and operate physical assets such as BMS (Building Management System), Electrical distribution systems (middle and low voltage), Lighting, Fire protective systems, video surveillance system, security systems, etc Actively participate and assist in delivering of maintenance management system Management and coordination of commissioning new projects Establishment and evaluation of system concepts and layouts, technical flow charts, location plans and service descriptions Collection and evaluation of tenders, awarding contracts, as well as technical and commercial handling with suppliers and subcontractors Provide technical expertise on various technical standards and engineering requirements Ability to prepare engineering specifications, statements of work, and estimates for a wide range of related projects. Ensuring that facilities meet legal requirements and environmental, health and security standards Review and monitoring of current processes to optimize efficiency and energy saving in facility Scheduling of routine and preventive maintenance Writing of internal SOPs for relevant areas Supervising teams of internal or external stuff Coordinate and assist in repairs involving basic electrical systems Your profile Education and Training: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant Electrical Engineering discipline Minimum of two years’ experience in industrial maintenance environment Intermediate computer skills (e.g. MS Office including Excel and Word) are essential Excellent written and verbal skills Good knowledge with Electrical circuit diagram (must have) Good knowledge with AutoCAD Knowledge of diagnostic, trouble-shooting and problem solving methods and techniques such as root cause analysis Core Competencies: Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
