16.10.2021 - ABB Belgrade - Service Engineer, Sales Engineer ABB Belgrade Service Engineer Your responsibilities In this role you will be a part of the Service team of Motion Business, working in a dynamic environment with continuous development possibilities. The main tasks will be: • Providing service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in line with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines • Performing service tasks such as installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently; identifying technical problems and making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories • Coordinating, preparing and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities • Contributing to customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation • Identifying new sales opportunities by maintaining a good and regular relationship with customers • Applying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities • Reporting unsafe practices and incidents to authorities Your background • College (applied/vocational studies), Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering • Preferable experience and knowledge of drives systems, electrical motors, frequency converters and general automation • Ability to handle client and customer issues tactfully and professionally • Willingness to learn and explore • Team player • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of English • Excellent knowledge of Serbian language • Good PC skills (Word, PPT, Excel) • Driving license B category  Sales Engineer Your responsibilities In this role you will be a part of the global Sales organization of Business area Electrification, working in a global, dynamic environment with continuous development possibilities. • Working with the distributors and expanding the network of ABB customers • Pursue new sales opportunities, follow-up on potential sales leads • Research customer needs and requirements, follow-up calls/meetings • Generate sales of product/services • Develop monthly sales plans • Analysis of customer expectations, tender requirements • Follow up and constant monitoring of new information regarding targeted segment • Analysis of customer expectations and tender requirements • Preparation of technical and commercial parts of the offers • Ensures appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and commercial terms and conditions • To promote customer understanding of ABB portfolio offering and provide suitable solutions to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process • Clarification of the technical and commercial part of the offer and participation in negotiations Your background • College (applied/vocational studies), Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering • Desirable work experience on similar position • Strong motivation, willingness to learn, expand knowledge and technical skills • Previous experience in engineering, commissioning or project management is an advantage • Understanding of project electrical documentation, schematics and circuit diagrams • Excellent knowledge of Serbian language • Good knowledge in both spoken and written English language • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications is mandatory • Readiness for travel and visits to customers according to market allocation • Driver`s license B • Positive, energetic and extrovert personality • Orientation towards achieving goals and problem solving • Team spirit with strong sense of responsibility • Highly expressed communication skills |
