Research and Development: Electrical Engineer

Your Tasks as Electrical Engineer:
Develop and optimize electrical components and/or the whole electric drive system according to laws and standards as well as technical and commercial aspects
Plan, develop, integrate, test and/or control parts and/or functionalities
Requirements engineering, system engineering, software calibration, testing and validation as well as project management offer all conceivable R&D possibilities to achieve a highly innovative product
Opportunity to become specialist for high-end products and scopes (electrical machine, power electronics, …)
Close cooperation with internal departments and external costumers

Your Profile as Electrical Engineer:
Successfully completed studies in field of Electrical Engineering or Vehicle Technologies
Experience in developing and controlling electrical drive systems and/or automotive sector is desirable
Flexible, stress-resistant, collaborative and communicative
Dealing with complex tasks in interdisciplinary teams
Independent and creative way of working
Good knowledge of MS Office
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English

Supplier Development Engineer

Your Tasks as Supplier Development Engineer:
Performance of advance quality planning of starting components for development and production of new customer projects
Conduction and/or coordination of supplier selection, assessment, nomination, development and approval for starting materials
Project coordination of APQP / Supplier Readiness / PPAP of starting components for customer project
Coordination with purchasing and the decentralized plant quality departments (worldwide) as well as cooperation with internal supplier management
Continuous monitoring and reporting of the quality performance of starting components

Your Profile as Supplier Development Engineer:
Degree in Technical Field/Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Quality)
Preferable several years of working experience in Production, Materials Management, Quality Assurance/Control, Industrialization and Technology Development in automotive or other relevant industry
Knowledge of QM application and Quality tools; experience as QM Auditor (any ISO or VDA standard) is preferable
Experience in communication with suppliers / customers and coordination of interdisciplinary projects and project teams; willingness to develop career in Supplier Management, with scope of Automotive Quality Standards and Project Coordination
Willingness for international travel, fluent English language skills; German language skills are beneficial
