Beograd Project Manager of Industrial and Large-Scale Solar - PV Power Plant Projects Position Summary For our offices in Belgrade, we are seeking an energetic, responsible person to join our growing organization in the position of Project Manager (PM) of industrial and large-scale solar-PV power plant projects on the territory of Serbia. She/he will have an opportunity to work closely with the Country Manager, Project Development, Engineering, and other departments to lead the development of commercial-scale solar-PV systems. Responsibilities and Essential Skills needed The Solar-PV PM will be responsible for the following: Identification of greenfield solar-PV project opportunities in Serbia. Management of all aspects of a solar-PV project together with the Country Manager and the Head of PV. Work with the Engineering team to conduct site investigation and assess the technical feasibility of developing a specific solar-PV project. Develop and maintain budget and project timelines, identify the critical path and key milestones for the project`s success in an effective way. Communicate with utilities and authorities having jurisdictions regarding interconnection (TSO/DSO), permitting, and other regulatory compliance issues. Identify the sources of likely problems, proactively take preventive measures to avoid potential project risks, and determine response actions to mitigate any negative impact. Experience and understanding of commercial contracts and negotiations. Experience and understanding of project and stakeholder management. Application of RP Global`s quality control procedures and management. Decision taking of all other aspects relevant for the successful implementation of the project. Possess a high work ethic and the ability to work with confidential information. Ability to work in small teams in a multi-national environment and to take over responsibilities. •To report to the Country Manager Serbia. Qualifications Higher education in a related field. Knowledge of the full-cycle of utility-scale renewable power generation development and of the solar-PV industry participants and stakeholders. High degree of proven project management experience regarding project planning, coordination, stakeholder management and project execution. Strong quantitative analytical skills and detail-oriented. Ability to work individually and in a group setting. Excellent knowledge of the English language. Profound knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and software used for solar-PV projects.
