Your tasks:
Technical and disciplinary management of a power inverter development team with focus on power modules, DC-link capacitors, EMC, gate control and low inductive design

Your profile:
Successfully completed university degree in a field of technical sciences
Several years of high-level management experience in development and project management in large projects, global strategic planning within automotive industry
Several years of leadership and project management experience in an international environment
Experience in inverter Design (HW), Semiconductors, Simulation, EMV, DC-Link, Requirements, Testing.
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English

Quality Assurance Engineer for System and Software Development

Your tasks:
Plan and perform quality assurance activities in development projects in coordination with the customer, project managers, development departments and suppliers according to the processes defined in line with the requirements of Automotive SPICE
Perform and moderate analyses and reviews of the processes for system, function, and software development
Create quality status reports, analyze metrics, and derive and track corresponding actions
Manage and coordinate quality assurance activities for multi-site projects
Provide guidance to project and team leaders regarding the execution of required quality assurance activities

Your profile:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or comparable branch of study
Several years of experience in system and/or software engineering, preferably in the automotive industry
Detailed knowledge of the Automotive SPICE and IATF 16949 quality standards
Strong communication skills, assertiveness along with the required tact, and enjoying working in a team
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English

HW Technical Lead - Power Core Design

Your tasks:
Analysis and implementation of requirements
Technical lead for power core design (assembly of power module, DC-link, cooler and gate control)
Coordination / alignment with accompanying departments (electromechanical design team, hardware design team, system design team)
Coordination / alignment with component selection, performance requirements, low inductive design and installation space
Responsible for the performance of the power core

Your profile:
Successfully completed university degree in Engineering
Several years of professional experience in the technical management of complex projects and experience of successful series introduction in automotive projects
Good technical and commercial understanding as well as knowledge of semiconductors, packages, modules, requirements, supplier management
Independent and pragmatic way of working and advanced communication skills
Good communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English

Functional Safety Manager - Power Electronics

Your tasks:
Coordinate functional safety management activities with suppliers, customers and the development departments of the E-Mobility Division worldwide organization
Further develop technical safety concepts in coordination with the development departments
Implement process improvements based on standard requirements
Coordinate critical project topics within the framework of functional safety
Represent functional safety management in assessments and audits
Release of safety concepts and operating conditions

Your profile:
University degree with a major in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology or comparable studies
Functional safety expertise and experience with review methods
Decision-making skills, excellent analytical skills as well as a conceptual and creative mindset, good technical understanding

Your tasks:
Technical specialist position for all topics relating to configuration management in an inverter or control unit project
Cooperate in the further development of the configuration management development process and define methods and tools for configuration management for control unit hardware
Responsible for change management in an inverter or control unit project
Define a project-specific configuration management process
Create a configuration management plan for projects
Create configuration management plan for projects and track the status
Create and review system baselines
Identify and define configuration elements

Your profile:
University degree with a major in electrical engineering or comparable studies with several years of professional experience, ideally in the automotive sector
Good knowledge of electric drives, especially power electronics, as well as good knowledge of Clear Case, DOORS, or similar tools for configuration management
Knowledge of project and configuration management and experience with working in international teams
Excellent analytical skills, a conceptual and creative mindset, as well as good technical understanding are prerequisites
Business fluent in English
