Project Lead - Electric Vehicle Drive

Your Tasks as Project Lead - Electric Vehicle Drive:
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Leading a cross functional project team (development, purchase, logistic, quality, production, controlling) ensuring a successful introduction of electric axle drives or electrical motors into series production
Planning and tracking of project activities achieving timing, quality and cost targets
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
Responsible interface to all parties involved into the project, including external customer
Establish and maintain project reporting to internal and external project stakeholders
Coordination of product lifetime process – from development to industrialization and product support after start of series production

Your Profile as Project Lead - Electric Vehicle Drive:
Successfully completed degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar
Proven working experience in project management, preferable in automotive industries
Experience in usage of project management tools like timing plan, work break down structure and development process including milestone gate structure
Assertiveness, high resilience, team-oriented work mentality, determination, social and leadership expertise, enthusiasm for responsible and independent action
Fluent English skills are mandatory
