Your Tasks:
Technical and disciplinary leadership of a testing team in the field of functional testing of electric drive systems
Establish a competitive team of experts in functional testing of electric drive systems
Ongoing development of team members and optimization of workflows
First contact person for the technical leaders of different international locations
Continuous optimization of processes, methods and tools
First escalation layer in the line organization

Your Profile:
B.Sc. or M. Sc. in electrical engineering, mechatronics, information technology or a similar degree with several years of professional experience, ideally in the field of automotive industry
Experience in disciplinary leadership of a national or ideally an international team
High level of Experience with Test management methods and theory (especially regarding Automotive Spice)
High Resilience and flexibility in a dynamic working environment
High degree of moderation and communication skills
Profound knowledge in electric drive technology
Business fluent English writing and speaking skills necessary and German speaking skills desirable
