Problem Resolution Manager - Power Electronics

Your tasks:
Inspect power electronics in (hybrid) electric vehicles at the system, package and component level
Act as interface to internal as well as external customers such as Development, Application Development, Product Line, OEMs - define the components to be analyzed and carry out the analyses in cooperation with Development
Document and discuss results with regard to potential for improvement of proprietary products
Classify proprietary products vis-à-vis the competition and derive recommendations for the development roadmap
Conduct internal result discussions as part of cross-functional meetings
Define standard procedures for inspecting power electronics

Your profile:
University degree with a major in Electrical Engineering or comparable studies with several years of professional experience, ideally in the international automotive sector
Good knowledge of inverter and electric motor design in automotive applications
Good knowledge of quality management and experience with working in international teams
Good knowledge of circuit technology in power electronics systems and components
Excellent analytical skills, a conceptual and creative mindset, as well as a good technical understanding are prerequisites
Extensive experience in presenting and moderating as well as excellent communication skills and confident appearance
High level of assertiveness and corresponding experience in dealing with intercultural contacts
Strong ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and to act professionally depending on the situation
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English
Willingness to travel

Technical Project Lead - Power Electronics

Your tasks:
Technical responsibility for the product within complex projects
Acting as a technical point of contact of the project concerning the following topics: technical alignment, customer consultation, requirements specification evaluation
Leading the technical team (mechanical engineering, testing, software, system design, functional scope) and planning and tracking of the related activities (e.g., timing schedule, function implementation plan…) and problem management
Support product industrialization
Drive technical evaluation of changes and issues as part of problem resolution management

Your profile:
Successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics
Relevant work experience in engineering area, ideally in electric motor/drive technology, at least 1 year in the company on the same position
Knowledge of methods for structured problem solving necessary; knowledge of Automotive development processes preferable
Assertiveness, high resilience, team-oriented work mentality, determination, social and leadership expertise, enthusiasm for responsible and independent action
Structured style of working combined with ability to handle stress and excellent communication skills
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English

System Test Manager - Power Electronics

Your tasks:
Responsible for the entire testing in an inverter or control unit project
Create and maintain the test plan and the test schedule
Coordinate cross-departmental test division with all (internal + external) departments involved in the project
Coordinate and plan all necessary system tests with the objective of complete test coverage and timely implementation
Discuss the test plan, test schedule and test results with the customer
Plan electrical system tests and/or functional system tests
Coordinate requirements for test service providers, test entities and test equipment
Responsible for presenting the overall test results to management and customers Plan, coordinate and implement review dates (test specification, test result, etc.)
Coordinate and evaluate customer requirement specifications with a focus on testing and test topics
Participate actively in system releases

Your profile:
Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Vehicle Technologies
Experience in electrical drive systems in the automotive sector is desirable
Dealing with complex issues in interdisciplinary teams
Flexible, stress-resistant, collaborative and communicative
Independent and creative way of working
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English

Functional Safety Manager - Power Electronics

Your tasks:
Coordinate functional safety management activities with suppliers, customers and the development departments of the E-Mobility Division worldwide organization
Further develop technical safety concepts in coordination with the development departments
Implement process improvements based on standard requirements
Coordinate critical project topics within the framework of functional safety
Represent functional safety management in assessments and audits
Release of safety concepts and operating conditions

Your profile:
University degree with a major in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology or comparable studies
Functional safety expertise and experience with review methods

Cooperate in the further development of the configuration management development process and define methods and tools for configuration management for control unit hardware
Responsible for change management in an inverter or control unit project
Define a project-specific configuration management process
Create a configuration management plan for projects
Create configuration management plan for projects and track the status
Create and review system baselines
Identify and define configuration elements

Your profile:
University degree with a major in electrical engineering or comparable studies with several years of professional experience, ideally in the automotive sector
Good knowledge of electric drives, especially power electronics, as well as good knowledge of Clear Case, DOORS, or similar tools for configuration management
Knowledge of project and configuration management and experience with working in international teams
Excellent analytical skills, a conceptual and creative mindset, as well as good technical understanding are prerequisites
Business fluent in English
