2023 Serbia Graduate Electrical Engineer

Within the ETO electrical team, successful candidates will work with our engineers to assist on general tasks within the department and on live projects. This would include CAD drawing and Revit model updates, project drawings and documentation preparation, as well as completing various design calculations.

The graduates will be expected to assist senior engineers in delivering design tasks on both Transmission and Distribution projects. Our graduate engineers will work across a range of different projects from conceptual to detailed design. There may also be opportunity to accompany our senior engineers on site visits, assisting them with taking measurements, photos, identifying constraints on site. As well as benefiting from learning throughout the placement, we expect our graduates to be of high value to our vastly experienced team of engineers and we have a demand for hard working individuals who are willing to learn on highly dynamic projects.

To Be Eligible For This Opportunity, You Will Have Less Than 12 Months Relevant Experience And Have a Degree Or Are Expected To Achieve One Of The Following Degree Disciplines
BSc. in Electrical Engineering
MSc. in Electrical Engineering
You will also need to be fluent or a native speaker in Serbian and English.
In your application you should be able to demonstrate your interest in the role and working at Mott MacDonald through relevant experience, such as studying relevant modules, or previous work experience.

Ability to use your initiative to undertake tasks efficiently and independently.
Excellent verbal communication skills, which allow you to confidently liaise with clients and team members.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accurate technical drawings and good report writing.
