Beograd | Hibrid Senior Electrical Design Engineer WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Design and detail straightforward engineering systems Deliver projects that meet customer expectations and Introba profitability targets Produce quality designs in timely fashion and monitor existing processes to ensure successful project completion Carry out project and team-specific activities, support technicians and other staff in their work as it relates to projects under the Engineer’s control Actively participating in the development of the whole Electrical team to provide continuous improvement Coach and mentor junior team members Expand your domain expertise and continue professional development through on-the job learning, networking and customized trainings that suit your needs Creating Concept of Electrical building services Creating narratives, BoQ, specifications HV, LV, Life Safety, control and lighting schematics and layouts design and supervision of further development Delegating assignments to the team and Peer review of completed projects KEY SKILLS Completed Master of Electrical Engineering At least ten years of demonstrable experience in the design of LV, HV, Life Safety, control and/or lighting systems. If proven working experience shows a senior level of knowledge and skills, years criteria may be disregarded Ability to read Architectural, Structural, Plumbing and Electrical drawings Capable of discussing technical concepts in spoken and written English Strong communication skills Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office We encourage candidates not fulfilling all the criteria to apply for a job, as we provide additional training for selected candidates.
