System Requirements Management Engineer - Power Electronics

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Take part in Requirements Management of complex projects in the field of Electric Mobility with focus on System Development of Electric Drive Systems (Inverter, Electric Motor, Transmission, Functions & Software).
Develop System Specification in form of System Requirements and support System Architecture.
Collaborate with all disciplines (costumer and internal stakeholder) to build concepts and determine the system according to laws and standards as well as technical and commercial aspects.
Model-based System Engineering including analyzes and evaluation.
Create System Requirements in DOORS (or equivalent tool) and System Architecture in Cameo SM (or equivalent tool) by using appropriate policies and standards.
Check and reconcile System Specification internal with ZF departments and external with the customer.
Ensure bi-directional traceability by maintaining requirements, attributing and linking strategy, generating views, versioning and exchanging specifications.

Your profile:
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Technologies or comparable studies.
Professional experience in Electrical Drive Systems in the automotive sector is desired.
Experience in processes and standards of System Development (ASPICE, ISO 26262, etc.) is desired.
Experience in handling tools as codebeamer, DOORS, Cameo SM, Enterprise Architect, cplace or equivalent tools is desired.
Dealing with complex issues in interdisciplinary teams.
Flexible, stress-resistant, collaborative and communicative.
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English.

System Architect - Power Electronic

Your tasks:
Independently develop functions and architectures of power electronics control units in electric drive systems
Responsible for the development of new security concepts for new inverter platforms
Create system requirements in DOORS (or equivalent tool) and system architecture in CAMEO
by using appropriate policies and standards
Coordinate and release requirements with customers and developers on a technical basis and create the technical product description
Review concepts, implementations and test results
Independently assess the technical prerequisites for the release of the product and create a release recommendation

Your profile:
University degree with a major in Electrical Engineering or comparable studies with several years of professional experience, ideally in the international automotive sector
Excellent knowledge of inverter and electric motor design in automotive applications
Excellent knowledge of project and quality management and experience with working in international teams
Strong ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and to act professionally according to the situation
High level of assertiveness as well as corresponding experience in dealing with intercultural contacts
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English

Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineer - Project Management

Your tasks and responsibilities as a Project Management Engineer EMC:
Customer interface and project team member regarding EMC (development and validation).
Requirement analysis and handling of internal and costumer documents.
Alignment of EMC test specification with customer and experts.
Support of development of the electric drive system with its components and interfaces according to laws and standards as well as technical and commercial aspects.
Develop and support system specification and system test criteria.
Troubleshoot, analyze interferences and build-up concepts for system EMC solutions.
Collaborate with sub-systems / components and interface function between all disciplines (Power Electronics, Electric Machine, Mechanics and Software).

Your profile as a Project Management Engineer EMC:
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Technologies or comparable studies.
Experience in Electrical Drive Systems in the automotive sector is desired.
Experience in System Engineering Processes (A-SPICE, System Requirements and System validation) is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of EMC standards is desired (ISO 7637, ISO 11452, IEC 61000, CISPR, etc.).
Customer oriented communication skills and knowledge of Technical Project Management.
Dealing with complex issues in interdisciplinary teams.
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English.
