20.12.2023 - ABB Beograd - Project Specialist &Technical Support Engineer, Motion Business Area ABB Beograd Project Specialist &Technical Support Engineer, Motion Business Area Your responsibilities Manages projects with responsibility for successful execution, in bidding phase. Performs technical risk management. Executes the project within the defined requirements (e.g., budget, time, functionality). Conducts analysis of planned versus actual project performance. Updates project (cost) adjustments, ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary. Prepares materials and assists in project reviews. Monitors, controls, and releases requests for invoicing. Demonstrates an understanding of HSE terms, concept application, reporting and risks related to the project. Mitigate project HSE risks. Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and ne-gotiations. Performs analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs. Proposes technical solutions for complex enquiries. Offers technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for custom-ers/channels/Sales Engineers with regard to ABB products/systems/ applications. Identifies technical problems and analyzes them through communication with custom-ers. Studying customers’ needs and competitors’ offerings through market intelligence and insight from sales team. Build and maintain customer relationships with key customers. Collaborate with Sales department in preparing formal technical and commercial offers with clear contract terms. Collaborate with Service department in development and implementation of digital so-lutions. Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues. Offers product/solution/service-related trainings. The position requires excellent communications skills. Your background Bachelor/Master engineering or equivalent university degree, Electrical or Automation background. At least 3+ years of related experience in project concept design, electrical design, choosing right equipment for the projects. A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills. Excellent and practical knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, EPLAN software’s. Knowledge and practical experience in Project management will be considered as ad-vantage. Serbian Chamber of Engineers licences 352 “Responsible designer of electric drive man-agement - automation, measurement and regulation” will be considered as advantage. Good understanding of relevant industrial drives and automation applications and relat-ed market knowledge. Experience in the fields of automation, LV motors and drives or instrumentation would be considered as advantage. Knowledge and experience of SAP and SFDC (Salesforce) would be considered as ad-vantage. Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Fluent in Serbian (both written and spoken).  |
