31.12.2025 - Zumtobel Group Beograd - Junior Lighting Designer Zumtobel Group Beograd Junior Lighting Designer (f/m/x) Responsibilities Support lighting design projects from concept to delivery in close collaboration with senior designers and the sales team. Assist in understanding project briefs, specifications, and client requirements from both technical and commercial perspectives. Prepare lighting design documentation, including quantity schedules, basic technical calculations, CAD drawings, and presentation materials. Support the preparation of project information packs and client presentations. Assist with product selection and layout, ensuring alignment with standards, project requirements, and design intent. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and timely delivery. Continuously develop knowledge of lighting technology, products, and industry standards. Skills & Experience We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements. Your motivation and potential matter more than perfection. You have educational background in electrical engineering/architecture, ideally with a specialization in lighting. You have up to 1 year of relevant experience or strong internship/project experience in lighting design or a technical design role. You have basic knowledge of lighting design principles and are familiar with AutoCAD. You have good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. You are curious with proactive mindset and an interest in technology and continuous development. You are able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
