14.01.2026 - LOGO Beograd - Planning Engineer LOGO DOO Beograd Planning Engineer Required Knowledge and Skills: Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / MEP or related). Proven experience in planning / project controls within MEP or electrical/ELV contracting. Advanced user of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Strong ability to collect, analyze, and present data (clear reporting and structured thinking). Good understanding of construction contracts and the practical impact of change/variation on time and cost. Professional English communication skills. Minimum 3 years experience in the same field. Preferred Knowledge and Skills: Serbian language (spoken/written) and familiarity with Serbian regulations / local approval & compliance processes. Experience with structured cost control (cost reporting, productivity, forecasting). Power BI or similar visualization tools. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline + updates) using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Establish WBS, activity logic, critical path, and integrate engineering, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning activities. Collect and validate progress data from site teams, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors; reconcile “actuals”. Produce weekly/monthly planning outputs: look-ahead, critical path narratives, progress dashboards, and stakeholder reports. Perform delay analysis (root cause, time-impact / what-if scenarios) and support EOT/claim preparation with the commercial team. Support cost control by correlating progress, quantities, productivity and schedule performance (as applicable: earned value / trends / forecasts). Maintain planning standards, reporting templates, and planning data discipline across projects.
