Beograd Solar Engineer Location: Belgrade, Serbia (Partly in Belgrade and partly at the project site) Girisim Elektrik, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solar Project Engineer to join our team in managing a 24MW solar power plant project in Serbia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the project`s execution, fostering relationships with local partners and subcontractors, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Girisim Elektrik Serbia and Girisim Elektrik Turkey. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Manage and coordinate day-to-day project activities on-site, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. Collaborate with the EPC team to ensure the successful execution of the solar power plant project. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication between Girisim Elektrik Serbia and Girisim Elektrik Turkey. Support to Finance: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for the project. Assist in financial analysis and forecasting related to the solar power plant. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with project management teams to align engineering activities with overall project objectives. Provide technical support and expertise to various departments as required. Qualifications: Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Proven experience in solar project engineering, preferably in large-scale solar power plants. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the regulatory environment and solar industry standards in Serbia is a plus. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Turkish would be advantageous.
