Sv. cara Konstantina 80-86 BIM Engineer About the position As a BIM Engineer, you will work closely with project managers and others that involves project planning and execution as required for each specific project. The BIM Engineer plays a key role in the design process and will provide direction to other team members. Our Ideal Candidate Has a growth mindset and is always looking to continually learn and grow. Is detail oriented and has strong organizational skills. Is able to coach and mentor others with excellent listening and communication skills. Day in life Facilitates BIM, daily work plans and maintains accountability on assigned projects from inception through completion, in consultation with the project team and monitors quality of work product. Completes 2D and 3D drafting tasks to support electrical construction initiatives, utilizing Revit. Supports and implements all BIM, prefab, technologies, and planning standards. Provides recommendations for changes to improve standards and procedures, as necessary. Attends BIM coordination meetings and maintains appropriate communications with all appropriate parties as needed. Make plan changes according to feedback received. Builds strong, effective relationships with customers, foremen, project team, specialty contractors, vendors, suppliers, user groups and others that reflect and support the Company’s core values and meet or exceed the customer’s expectations. Provides communications, mentoring, training and teambuilding to staff and other co-workers as needed. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent work experience in building information modeling (BIM), engineering or a related field. Bachelor`s degree preferred. English language is must CV in english Minimum 2-3 years of BIM modeling experience. Experience and proficiency using Revit and Autodesk 3D must, Bluebeam software and Microsoft Office. Skills to read, interpret and understand electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications. Understanding of the project life cycle. A strong desire to learn more about electrical design and construction, with a commitment to being a dependable team player and growing with the Company.  |
