22.04.2025 - UGT Renewables Beograd - Electrical Engineer UGT Renewables Beograd Electrical Engineer Key Responsibilities: Business Development in Ukraine: Identify, analyze, and develop opportunities for UGT Renewables in the Ukrainian energy market, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Technical Expertise: Provide engineering support in the planning, design, and implementation of electrical infrastructure, including: Transmission and distribution grids Power generating plants (preferably solar/wind) Smart meters/smart grids Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to support renewable energy projects in Serbia, Ukraine, and beyond. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to local and international electrical standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies. Technical Analysis & Reporting: Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and prepare detailed reports on electrical infrastructure performance and project progress. Qualifications & Requirements: Fluency in Ukrainian (spoken and written) is required. Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience working with grids, power generation plants, transmission, and smart meters/smart grids. Strong understanding of energy transmission regulations, grid interconnection standards, and renewable energy integration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
