The job location is Belgrade, Serbia. Responsibilities: Proficient understanding of the country`s permitting process for advancing a renewable energy project to RTB status. Proactive assistance to project technical due diligence with M&A teams in Wind, PV, and Storage projects. Involvement in procurement during tendering processes (RFQ/RFP), defining project technical requirements, assessing proposals, and participating in contract discussions. Solid understanding of standard FIDIC contract models and honed negotiation abilities. Previous experience in site construction is considered beneficial. Familiarity with leading engineering consulting firms and construction companies in the country. Fundamental comprehension of project design blueprints and the capacity to engage in dialogues with designers (Pre-Executive design) and BOP Contractors. Capability to find solutions in dialogues with designers to optimize project costs and maintain or enhance the project budget. Willingness to travel within the country where the projects are located and coordinate work activities to meet the project`s pre-construction requirements. Openness to travel to other countries where the project operations are located. When necessary, the ability to assist or bridge urgent tasks in the project’s construction phase in collaboration with the local construction team. Qualifications: An engineering background, ideally in Electrical Engineering. Experience in the construction of Renewable Energy projects, specifically Wind and/or PV (Utility scale). Experience utilizing tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office. Exhibits strong communication abilities. Proficient in English, both in written and spoken forms.  |
