Kruševac, Savska 28 Engineer for Plant Digital Transformation YOUR ROLE This position is highly innovative, shaping the digital future of the factory and contributing to the Digital end to end Supply Chain strategy Understanding the status quo of the factory, identifying digital opportunities together with all factory departments, developing and implementing projects to improve the factory KPIs will be the main focus Alongside with shaping the digital future of the factory, this position will also take care of maintaining available applications and train blue- and white-collar staff Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area Monitors KPIs for engineering processes Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise Assurance of full functionality of all digital / I4.0 tools and applications on site Assurance of appropriate service level of applications to fulfill corp. and legal requirements Strong connection to key accounting counterparts in Dx Organize digital gym and support qualification of workforce in I4.0 according to base and advanced expert fit Connect to key I4.0 suppliers Continuously improve development and penetration of I4.0 tools Actively develop the digital roadmap of the factory YOUR SKILLS Bachelor`s degree (Electrical / Automation / Mechatronic, evtl. also Process / Mechanical) Minimal overall work experience required for the position: 3 years Analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of techniques and strategies, processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analytics, develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets Present information using data visualization techniques and technologies Experience in data engineering/manipulation/wrangling required. Exploratory analysis is a plus Knowledge of SQL is advantage plus ideally having touched based with one of the following: Power BI, Tableau Python, Java, PySpark, Databricks. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving competencies. Excellent communication skills, Fluent in English Team player that can also work independently. Good knowledge of MS Office Additional remarks: Data utilization skills: Analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of techniques and strategies, processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analytics, develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets, Present information using data visualization techniques and technologies.
