20.02.2024 - Plaviblu Koceljeva - Senior Maintenance Electrical Engineer Plaviblu Koceljeva Senior Maintenance Electrical Engineer On behalf of our client Plaviblu, a leader in footwear production, Manpower Serbia is looking for motivated candidates for the position of Senior Maintenance Electrical Engineer. Responsibilities Daily adjustments and maintenance of production equipment Support during installation of equipment transferred from other factories Support production regarding safe and correct use of equipment Electrical maintenance of all production equipment according to preventive maintenance plans Electrical trouble shooting and repair in case of equipment break down Set-up and adjust robot, laser, vision and other equipment Light mechanical maintenance of all production equipment according to preventive maintenance plans Light mechanical trouble shooting and repair in case of equipment break down Support production in tool changes – support of tool setters PLC programming of production equipment User of tools within Production System Robots used in the group are Kawasaki, and ABB mainly Responsible for the implementation of integrated management system within the allocated processes Basic facility maintenance Maintaining cleaning of equipment in cooperation with operators Suggest and implement improvements of production equipment Train and monitor safe and correct use of all equipment and tools during daily operation Daily adjustments and maintenance of production equipment Support during installation of equipment transferred from other factories Support production regarding safe and correct use of equipment Electrical maintenance of all production equipment according to preventive maintenance plans Electrical trouble shooting and repair in case of equipment break down Set-up and adjust robot, laser, vision and other equipment Light mechanical maintenance of all production equipment according to preventive maintenance plans Light mechanical trouble shooting and repair in case of equipment break down Support production in tool changes – support of tool setters PLC programming of production equipment User of tools within Production System Robots used in the group are Kawasaki, and ABB mainly Responsible for the implementation of integrated management system within the allocated processes Basic facility maintenance Maintaining cleaning of equipment in cooperation with operators Suggest and implement improvements of production equipment Train and monitor safe and correct use of all equipment and tools during daily operation Qualifications Electromechanical or electrical/electronic degree or High school with specialization in electromechanical/electrical/electronics Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in this or similar position Good know-how in electrical/electronic engineering, maintenance/repairing (servo drives, PLC controllers, industrial robots) Knowledge of the English language at a basic level is required Capacity to work in teams with Group technical functions Capacity to manage and guide people Capacity to teach other technicians or new people in basic fundamentals of machines maintenance Reliable and resilient person Good adaptability to different environments and people Availability to travel out of Serbia in case needed in other plants of the group for at least two continuous weeks  |
