With a permanent position working for Schneider Electric Regional Execution Platform (REP) Bratislava, You will be: responsible for to provide expertise in Digital System Integration for Tendering, design, Execution, and commissioning for Complex Technical International projects within Europe and South America Region. have and maintain a good internal network with SIT global Team, DPAC Teams in Europe, Telecom Team in Spain and EEC Teams in Europe and Egypt to work together and be a single point of contact for our clients provide Technical complex and strategic design, knowledge and know how for Datacenter, Utilities, MM and Oil and Gas Projects in Europe and South America able to design, modify and commission HMI and SCADA projects (PSO, EPAS, Wonderware) having confirmed experience with main Communication Protocols and IP/Ethernet Networks Place of work: Sites and the following locations: Slovakia: our offices in Bratislava, Žilina and Košice Work from home Other countries: Romania - Serbia - Slovenia - Bulgaria - Croatia - Hungary Site work - extensive international travel (50%), mostly accross Europe Key activities and responsibilities: Design of Control System by yourself of by leading a dedicated SE entity Participate on Project execution system design review and Tendering Design Review for priority project and key clients Elaborate comprehensive System validation plans and can participate and test in factory or site Implement or check Communication IED descriptions (CID files) for communication with internal and external SCADA systems Defines IP and Ethernet network between connected devices Participate in Tender process to estimate and quote manhours needed Participate on Site commissioning on ED SWGR and EMCS interfacing Perform technical coordination between electrical team and DPAC Team during FAT and SAT test You will need to build and maintain internal relationships: with the Project Team to organize Tender / Execution / Design / commissioning tasks with the Project Manager (PM), to manage schedules and customer interfaces with the Design Leaders (DL) & Technical (TL) Leaders to advise on correct implementation Digital System Design with other teams to be aware and informed about latest trends and practices in digital community and external relationships: with customers, upon request of the TL (or PM) Potentially with external vendors if clients use a competitor IED range More detailed description of your activities and responsibilities: Technical Responsibilities: to assume technical responsibility for robust design or for commissioning to ensure quality (content, timing, costs) of the work done to write Technical reports to TL and Client to participate in design meetings if required, participates actively in the capitalization and sharing of experience to maintain technical theoretical and applied skills in the ED and Power Systems domain to contribute to technical innovation and productivity by sharing best practices Skill Sets: Strong skills in IEC & IEEE standards applicable within the ED field, knowledge of the methodology & acceptance criteria defined therein Strong knowledge of Protection system operation, latest ranges of protection relays, preferably Micom, Sepam, Easergy & Vamp ranges Advanced level skills in communication protocols Confirmed EPAS/PACIS Experience Confirmed Wonderware experience Confirmed skills using Ecostruxure Control Expert Confirmed skills using PSO/EPO Ecostruxure Power Operation Advanced level skills in Excel: ability to create tools (ex: for protection settings for Differential & Distance protection schemes) desired experience with Cybersecurity Admin Expert Cybersecurity Application Platform desired experience with Ecostruxure Foxboro DCS desired experience with Triconex Commercial responsibilities: in coordination with the TL and PM, to participate in meetings with customers to clarify their needs; identify technical limits; obtain approvals to be able to create quotation tools for calculations/studies to track costs and improve profitability of the calculations/studies, considering the cost of both engineering and site travelling if commissioning is engaged Responsibilities in terms of Quality: to be responsible for the quality of your studies and for the associated documentation to implement the Quality policy and improve the level of customer satisfaction to respect and follow SE HSE Standards and rules Responsibility in terms of Security/Safety: continuously monitor the security of information processed, stored, sent out to act with discretion with relevant stakeholders only What qualifications will make you successful? Education and language University degree in Electrical engineering (Bachelor as minimum, preferably Master) with a strong experience in the electrical distribution field and in the customer project business Mandatory fluent communication skills in English language (minimum B2 level), advantage another language spoken on a fluent level (French, German, Spanish, Russian...) Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience with EPAS/PACIS and/or Wonderware and/or PSO Software Minimum 3 years of commissioning experience Proved experience doing signal and loop testing interface test with EMCS (Monitoring and Control System) and switchgear Driving licence B Willingness to travel minimum 50% in EMEAS Region Potential to work on a long time base abroad mission 6 to 12 months (Optional) EU passport is a mandatory condition for the role Skills Ability to take decisions in complex context based on imperfect / missing conditions What`s in it for you?
