Beograd | Hibrid Product Manager Electrical Enclosures Your main responsibilities: Execution of product strategy for residential and/or commercial electrical enclosures (x Energy Basic, x Comfort KLV, x Energy Safety CI, System 55) Understand and identify customer needs and EMEA competitive environment as well as market trends of products and applications Driving new product development jointly with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Business Development functions Manage communication about commercial, product, application, and market aspects to key internal and external stakeholders Ensure compliance of relevant products with standards, norms and Intellectual Property policies and approve final documentation Answering direct questions from customers (internal/external) and acting as Level 2 Technical Support Driving resolution of product quality issues and supporting supply chain and logistics product topics Maintaining existing products and supporting new product market launch (marketing material, catalogue maintenance, product data management Overall product cost management and cost-out measure identification and implementation (Design to Cost, VAVE) Manage product obsolescence and market phase-out activities Qualifications: University degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical education Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role Skills: Power distribution and/or Digital products and/or Software solutions and/or IoT and/or Agile product development Excellent communication skills High customer orientation  |
