Beograd Inženjer elektrotehnike u tehničkom sektoru/Technical Office Engineer (Electro Works) - Prepares the General Dynamic Plan of the Company based on the instructions issued by the technical office coordinator; - Periodically updates the General Dynamic Plan, with the required data that he enters into the Software; - Monitors the progress of works, enters the improvements in the execution of works to Primavera Software, based on the on-site checks; - Records the deviations in relation to the Dynamic Plan, notifies the Technical Sector Manager and creates a monthly report on these deviations; - Assists the Construction Manager in the adjustment of activities on the site, delivering a detailed plan for the ongoing week, as well as a detailed program of works for the following two weeks; - Inspects the Daily Report on the progress of works drafted by the Planning Engineer; - Oversees the Weekly Report on the progress of works drafted by the Planning Engineer; - Cooperates with the Construction Sector in solving possible nonconformities that occur during the execution of works, proposing the appropriate corrective measures; - Manages the documentation referring to the Main Design, compiled and officially submitted by the Client, performs the duty of proper distribution of documents on site and verifies the proper use and return of given document samples that are no longer necessary on the site; - Performs the repair and checks the material/product specification required by the Technical Specifications of the Project; - Files and controls the distribution of Technical Specifications of the Project pursuant to the engineer`s instructions; - Distributes to different sectors within the Technical Sector design documentation necessary for building the structure; - Minimum 5 years experience in construction of residential and commercial buildings. Preferred experience in high rise buildings. - Availability to work as required by site conditions. - English speaking/reading/writing: minimum intermediate level.  |
