Beograd Senior Cost Engineer For our client, successful production company operating in automotive industry, we are looking for experienced and motivated candidates for the following position: Senior Cost Engineer Tasks: Develop and apply cost models for analysis of: current product, engineering changes, future product design, material cost increase offset; On project level, implementing idea and measure management across product lines, including a target group-oriented reporting (e.g. drive measure identification & implementation); Organizing and facilitating product cost optimization workshops, managing the design-to-cost process to develop alternate technical solutions on concept, component and functional levels; Applying the corresponding set of methods (functional cost analysis, design-to-cost, benchmark) and project cost monitoring; Managing and steering of local, international and cross functional projects. Profile: University degree in a technical field (Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar) Preferable experience in (e.g. Process and Product Engineering, Sales Engineering, Process planning, Project Management, or VAVE) Fluent English language skills, knowledge of German Language is an advantage Very good moderation and presentation skills, ability to work in a team, flexibility, resilience, and commitment Willingness to travel Only short-listed candidates will be informed about further steps.  |
