In order to further strengthen their Serbian market position, we are searching for a devoted and proactive candidate. Responsibility: Coordination between construction, architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) plans/drawings Preparation and submission of projects and other technical documentation Check and compare specifications, BoQ (Bill of Quantities) and projects that are part of the contract Control of works performed in order to avoid inconsistencies between projects and execution of works Preparation of project requests (material, technical issues, memos, etc.) Monitoring of subcontractors in the realization and control of the installed quality and quantity Monitoring of material procurement, preparation of analyzes of proposed materials Preparation of bids for the execution of works and analysis of bids received Requirements: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (direction: power systems, power converters and drives) Min 5 years of work experience in execution and/or design, preferably management experience License 450 would be treated as an advantage Fluent in English Strong communication and teamworking skills Capability to work to budgets and deadlines Understanding of relevant building and health and safety legislation Creative approach to problem solving If you believe that, you are the right person for this position and you feel confident with the listed responsibilities and requirements, please send your CV document to the following email address:nikola.kozomara@humancapital.co.rs  |
