20.11.2019 - Canopy Energy Belgrade - Solar Permit Specialists - Project Manager, Solar Interconnection Specialists - Project Manager Canopy Energy We are looking for: Solar Permit Specialists - Project Manager Belgrade About You: You have experience with a wide range of interconnection and permitting functions as well as exceptional communication skills, highly organized and with meticulous follow up. Since no one person can know everything or have done everything, it is more important that you are flexible, hungry to learn and have an excellent work ethic. Role & Responsibility: Maintain pipeline/applications of projects and respond in timely manner Reviews collection efforts on delinquent accounts daily Work with internal crews, utility companies, customers, and sales reps for job information, as necessary Prepare, review and submit a high volume of interconnection documents in accordance with utility policies Daily input of appropriate notes for all interconnection tasks, manage project status updates, and generate necessary reports to complete assignments Establish points of contact at all utility companies to ensure faster service Assist with Research – Conduct phone inquiries and web research to analyze and document interconnection requirements and processes for various states and utilities Work with monitoring department, by providing completed jobs, in order to place systems in-service Schedule for permit pick up in the field based on projects to be installed Ensure all AHJs have required documentation needed to successfully pull permits Prioritize OTC permits to ensure quicker install times Work with install crews and homeowners to ensure all permits are posted during installation and that job cards are uploaded after final inspection Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in the construction industry Experience in Solar a MUST Knowledge of state and county laws governing permitting BA preferred Strong work ethic Proactive and creative problem solver Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to work with a wide variety of personalities and every department in the company Deadline for applications: 20.11.2019. vise informacija We are looking for: Solar Interconnection Specialists - Project Manager Belgrade The top priority of this role will be to ensure projects get approved and completed with utility companies and obtain Permission to Operate for Solar Systems. Project Management in solar or construction is highly preferred. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare, review and submit a high volume of interconnection documents in accordance with utility policies Maintain pipeline/applications of projects and respond in timely manner Work with internal crews, utility companies, customers, and sales reps for job information, as necessary Submit information/applications via utility portals, phone, or mail, for project approvals Self-management on following up with any items necessary to get the job completed Must be able to organize and prioritize their own workflow independently and work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision Daily input of appropriate notes for all interconnection tasks, manage project status updates, and generate necessary reports to complete assignments Handle incoming inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner Assist with Research – Conduct phone inquiries and web research to analyze and document interconnection requirements and processes for various states and utilities Work with monitoring department, by providing completed jobs, in order to place systems in-service Must be a good communicator. Well-spoken and professional on the phone, via typed communication, and in person Excellent computer and web-based knowledge/skills Data Entry Impeccable note taking – and updating of internal systems to report updates on projects Report escalated issues to the manager for possible solutions Other duties as assigned Deadline for applications: 20.11.2019. vise informacija |
