This role primary responsibility will be owning operational execution and performance at the assigned region ensuring highest standards on EHS, on time delivery and quality at desired financial Performance Essential responsibilities for this role will be: Essential Responsibilities: Manage the regional field operations team and optimize workforce utilization Responsible to drive EHS culture and 100% compliance with all communications, policies and procedures Drive operational execution continuous improvement and productivity Own JCE full execution at task and feedback for continuous improvement Be operational and technical contact point for the Customer at site & regional level Benchmark against O&M Fleet Best Practices to provide improvement recommendations for maximizing fleet availability and performance Be responsible to optimize 3rd party utilization and EHS performance Monitor and optimize material flow and logistics in coordination with the central warehouses and 3rd party suppliers Identify, raise and support sales to materialize sales opportunities Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelors Degree in technical field or equivalent knowledge and experience Significant experience in field service, engineering, or operations & PM Knowledge of Scheduling Software (Primavera or MS Project) and Earned Value Management technique Self-started able to drive sustainable results Entrepreneurial/Change agent mindset Ability to energize teams and view change as an opportunity Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process skills Excellent facilitation, presentation, and verbal & written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse and highly matrixes environments Willing to travel We offer: work in international environment Deadline for applications: 19.04.2019. vise informacija |
