We are looking for: Electrical Engineer – Project Coordinator Location: Belgrade Primary tasks: Coordinate project execution adhering to budget, schedule, and the scope of work Coordinate initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and the closure of projects, including resources management and communication with stakeholders Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards Establish and execute a project communication plan Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel Support other projects related to electrical works Requirements: University degree in Electrical engineering (department: energetics) Experience in both performing and managing field work Experience in the energy field related to mobile operators is an advantage Excellent computer skills Fluency in English, both verbal and written Excellent organizational and communication skills Initiative and leadership skills Analytical thinking and attention to detail UBConnect offers: An international, innovative and professional working environment Working in a young and positive team Career opportunities in the long-term Occasional travels to Scandinavia International and local team building activities If you are interested to become a part of our team, we would like to receive your application.
