4.4.2018 - Manpower Beograd - Head Of Engineering MANPOWER Position: Head Of Engineering Job Order ID: 2764 City: Belgrade Employment Type: Permanent Function Note: Manages the work of the Unit and ensures that plans and procedures are in accordance with the KPIs Establish the organizational framework / setting organization in a manner that supports the business model and the medium-term plan of company development Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion, reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements Responsible for the preparation of the employment plan in the Unit that is consistent with the overall business strategy and constant revision in cooperation with the company management Implement best practice processes to increase efficiency Manage the maintenance of the head office building and other objects by performing repairs or contracting maintenance services as needed Maintenance of heating and water supply systems Overseeing and manage with waste water and materials, handling the secondary row materials Head of Engineering will be full P&L responsible for the business of the organizational Unit Ensure that job descriptions for all key positions within Unit are in place and are constantly updated Perform all other related tasks, within his/her qualifications and professional qualifications from the employment contract Cooperates with Directors of other organizational Units Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost saving, coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers and manage contractor and vendor relationships Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases Manage overturn of the real estates as well as managing construction and demolition of the buildings in property Reporting directly to the General Manager Requirement Note: Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Head of Engineering Department / Unit Working experience in an international manufacturing company is highly preferable Master or Bachelor degree (e.g. Electrical, Construction or Mechanical Engineering) Understanding of Technical and Facility strategic role as a part of business processes Very good knowledge about best Engineering practices, Maintenance, Facility management, Performance Management Experience in brownfield processes is a plus Strong managerial and leadership skills Oriented toward development with strong integrity Possessing a know-how of local construction market Strong cooperation and communication skills Fluent English and Serbian (both written and spoken) Strong in project management, perform as a project owner vise informacija |
