6.2.2018 - Energo Beograd - MEP SPECIALIZED ENGINEERS Energo, an engineering and designing company for mechanical (HVAC) and electrical installations is seeking MEP SPECIALIZED ENGINEERS Mandatory: EXPERT WITH REVIT MEP and/or EXPERT IN BUILDING ENERGY MODELING (Please provide detailed experience in Revit MEP and/or energy modeling) that can carry out the role of designer in the MEP sector, within the Industrial, Residential, Hospital, Hotel, Naval field to join our Group. Belgrade General Objectives and Responsibilities: Full time position with experience working on a variety of projects, including programming, conceptual design, schematic design and design development Demonstrates advanced understanding and application of design practices, theories, and methods Understands overall building design concepts, objectives and critical issues and applies knowledge to tasks and assignments Can respond to the technical implications of design decisions Facilitates firm and project goals of excellence in design, execution, and sustainability Evaluates and integrates engineering systems into the overall project Job Requirements: Engineers Mechanical/HVAC Languages: Serbian (required) English (required) Italian (desired, but not required) Others (desired, but not required) Technical Skills: Basic computer and internet skills required Experience in AutoCAD Knowledge and/or understanding of project management software REVIT MEP (desired, but not required) Experience: Licensed Engineer (desired, but not required) Advanced, in-depth knowledge of sustainability and energy principles and concepts, particularly related to the built environment BS in engineering (electrical, mechanical, industrial) or equivalent work experience 5-15 years of experience with energy conservation, energy management, performance contracting or energy engineering Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building automation and control systems across a variety of building types including commercial offices and datacenters. Ability to perform energy analysis and efficiency calculations Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) highly desired. LEED accreditation preferred. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with ability to interface seamlessly with all levels of management. Comfortable working in virtual environments with remote teams Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, online software platforms, with the ability to use spreadsheets and data analysis applications Self-starter, team player, with ability to bring alternate points of view to the discussion and analysis. Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities.
