We are looking for: Commissioing engineer Vrsac Job description: making improvements to, and offering advice about, operational procedures scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines ensuring that equipment works to its specification creating and carrying out test procedures investigating problems and diagnosing and repairing faults troubleshooting liaising with installation/project engineers supervising engineering and technical staff writing reports and documentation providing technical support ensuring safe working conditions training maintenance and operative staff where appropriate Key skills for commissioning engineers: excellent interpersonal and communication skills experience in commissioning drinking water plant of 5 years leadership and managerial skills commercially awareness the ability to work well under pressure teamworking skills relevant technical expertise (for example in test, design, development and operations) good IT and analytical skills the ability to cope with shift work and unsocial hours, which are often required where equipment is in 24-hour operation Have extensive Maximo knowledge of operation including ability to modify work orders electronically. knowledge of the entire commissioning and retro-commissioning process working knowledge of the components of air distribution systems, i.e., fans, heating/cooling coils, filters, drive units, heat exchangers, hydronic distribution systems, damper systems and instrumentation, including but limited to the control or these systems working knowledge of electrical distribution equipment, i.e., emergency generators, motors, control schematics, transformers and switchgears skill in modifying or adapting a buildings mechanical systems for optimum efficiency and economy of operation detailed knowledge of control theories that are used in practice to control HVAC equipment, steam generating and distribution equipment, Chilled water manufacturing & distribution equipment, Compressed air systems, Vacuum systems, Process water systems and Heating systems detailed knowledge of steam generating and distributing equipment, i.e., and piping auxiliaries and water treatment knowledge of methods, tools, equipment and materials of the electrical, pipefitting, plumbing and sheet metal trades sufficient to direct work, evaluate progress and ensure craft work assignments meet stated standards skill in reading and interpreting technical documents or specifications related to mechanical air distribution systems, large capacity refrigeration systems, electrical, pipefitting, plumbing and sheet metal trades sufficient to direct work, evaluate progress and ensure craft work assignments meet stated standards skill in managing all administrative and technical aspects of construction and mechanical alteration projects in a variety of special use buildings skill in preparing written cost estimates for replacement, renewal, modification projects and budget status reports. working knowledge of all phases of repair, construction and mechanical alteration work performed by skilled trades personnel working knowledge of all phases of feasibility, engineering, design and development phase of a structures mechanical distribution systems ability to write project specific plans to ensure the mechanical integrity of any distribution, large capacity refrigeration system skill in implementing and monitoring a quality control program sufficient to meet established specifications in the performance of preventive maintenance and mechanical alteration projects ability to organize information material and people in a systematic way in order to optimize efficiency and minimize duplication of effort in the process of completing projects ability to communicate effectively on a one-on-one basis or in group meetings to: working knowledge of construction trade practices, codes and safety requirements sufficient to prepare work scopes, budget and schedules; address project related delays or disruptions; and bring closure within stated timeframes and guidelines ability to read, interpret and draw conclusions from information generated by computerized reporting systems, to monitor performance and trends, identify anomalies and ability to supervise all aspects of material handling to enhance zone effectiveness and productivity Deadline for applications: 27.10.2017. vise informacija |
