Local Unit & Position Description For our Management & Operations Consulting (MOC) team in Dubai we are looking for a Senior Control Centre Consultant. CVs should list the following information at the top Date of birth, or age nationality current address family status children language skills Responsibilities and activities: Carrying out factory and site acceptance tests (FAT/SAT) and commissioning Specification writing Design review Development of business cases for large project schemes for utility control centre project Carrying out feasibility studies Identify and successfully develop leads and opportunities in MEA Provide strong subject matter expertise in new and existing projects Develop and maintain strong relationships with and a solid understanding of existing clients businesses Position Qualifications Education: Masters degree in electrical engineering, IT or telecoms Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in the area of SCADA/EMS or SCADA/DMS Hands on experience with system installation, operation and maintenance Proven capability to lead a team through a technical project Portfolio of at least four control centre projects in the last five years Knowledge of utility telecoms equipment and protocols, eg IEC 60870-5-101/104 and TASE.2 (ICCP) Additional experience in any or all of the following areas is highly desirable: Substation control systems (SCS) Cyber security RTUs vise informacija |
