Due to our continued growth we are looking for new members of our team of experts for construction projects in Belgrade for the position: PROJECT MANAGER (Mechanical / Electrical Consultant) REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering At least 3 years of proven working experience in construction management – design / site supervision / construction Fluency in English - written and oral communication skills Strong PC skills Relevant license issued by the Serbian Chamber of Engineers and experience in projects based on FIDIC type of contracts will be an asset Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods Interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage and build client relationships MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading, directing and coordination of day-to-day management of various tasks involved in the construction project Managing and overseeing field operation and engineering processes and procedures Communication with the Client and the Contractor Regular keeping and managing of site documentation in line with applicable standards Production of reports in line with the contracted programme Ensuring the project is executed in conformance with the defined scope and plans WE OFFER: Probationary period with the possibility of permanent employment Working in a dynamic atmosphere Opportunity for professional growth Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted Deadline for applications: 09.08.2016. vise informacija |
