To master the challenges facing the energy sector, we are looking for a: Business development engineer (100%) As a member of the business development department, you will report directly to the Head of the department. Main duties Prepare prequalification documents and tenders Analyze Terms of Reference, select appropriate staff CV and reference datasheets, structure and prepare methodologies, define budget, coordinate and finalize offers from A to Z. Adapt internal documents to the requested formats Coordinate inputs from partners when relevant Prepare and submit tenders in paper or on electronic procurement platforms Update, review, proof-read and finalize the main reference documents (CV, reference datasheet and presentations) in coordination with other business development staff Update Client and Offers internal database (contacts, actions, opening of tenders, evaluation scores, and prices) Coordinate activities with business development department staff in Switzerland and international branches Profile Degree in engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical) The applicant should have at least 5 years of experience in an equivalent function, ideally in the engineering or construction domain. Experience in business development or large hydropower and/or infrastructure projects is a plus Fluent in English (oral and written), strong writing and editing skills. French would be an asset Excellent practice of MS Office: Word and Excel Business minded and careful about quality Able to work independently and to respect strict deadlines; good planning and organization skills Depending on the work-flow, flexibility about working hours to accommodate short deadlines If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your complete application electronically.
