21.10.2013 - Johnson Electric - Production Leader, Process Engineer Johnson Electric is the leader in motion subsystems, including motors, solenoids, switches, flex circuits and microelectronics. On behalf of our client, Johnson Electric, we are looking for experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position in Niš: Production Leader Responsibilities: Lead a group of production workers to be in line with the set objectives and act as a team Manage/adjust differences between planned and actual results Organize/plan the resources to reach 100% production order fulfilment Analyse product specifications, parts drawings and other engineering data to develop new production processes Support process engineers in the estimation of time requirements for each step and prepare operation sheets Analyse existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes to working methods or operation sequences that will minimize risks, costs and wastage Increase yields and productivity and improve the quality and consistency of final products Requirements: 3 - 5 years of professional experience Minimum high school education (mechanical or electrical degree) Experience in production process management and continuous improvement Very good interpersonal skills and experience in leading people in manufacturing shop floor Good knowledge of English language – written and spoken PC literacy On behalf of our client, Johnson Electric, we are looking for experienced and proactive professional to fill in the following position in Niš: Process Engineer Responsibilities: Monitor & Improve process capability (Cpk 2) Ensure process productivity and increase output Analyse and solve deviations found in process productivity or component quality Provide leadership in solving process problems Apply Genba Kaizen principle & discipline Analyse product specifications, parts drawings and other engineering data to develop new production processes Estimate, in cooperation with production leaders, time requirements for each step and prepare operation sheets Increase yields and productivity and improve the quality and consistency of final products Requirements: University degree in a relevant field 3 – 5 years of professional experience Experience in production process management and improvement High responsibility and technical understanding Good knowledge of English language – written and spoken Knowledge of Genba Kaizen philosophy and methodology is a plus Closing date: 21.10.2013.
