Senior Software & Connectivity Support Engineer (Industrial / Electrical Systems) 02.10.2026 - Eaton Beograd Eaton Beograd Senior Software & Connectivity Support Engineer (Industrial / Electrical Systems) We are looking for a senior technical support engineer who acts as the first escalation point for complex software and connectivity issues within Eaton’s electrical and energy‑management portfolio. In this role, you will support customers, partners, and internal teams by troubleshooting non‑standard software and networking issues, working closely with R&D, product management, and L3 engineering teams, and contributing to process improvement, knowledge sharing, and customer satisfaction initiatives. The position combines advanced technical troubleshooting, customer‑facing communication, and internal technical leadership in an industrial environment.
